Tsuminasama

For seven years, I have signed my work as Tsuminasama or Suu. I've been stewing in the anime realm of art and not venturing out so much. Perhaps it's because I wasn't getting so much encouragement to push forward with my art. My boyfriend slowly started pushing me to try different styles. At first I was resistant-- anime is so much fun and I'm okay at it, so why don't I just develop those skills? Then I tried it. It resulted in "La Reina y Su Protector", which was a step in the right direction. But as of late, I've realized that in chasing "realistic" career goals, I've been abandoning the one thing that I feel confident in: my art. My art

I'm a person who loves to talk to twitchy strangers on the bus. If it's snowing outside, I'm playing in it. If I hear good things about a place, I wanna go scope it out. If that crosswalk still has one second on it, well...challenge accepted. I write about my misadventures in the city of Chicago, and am rather pleased with the turnout.
